General Philatelic/Identify This? : anyone familiar with this type of cancel ?

philb 07 Feb 2020 05:21:18pm Auctions	I received a package with the stamps "cancelled" in this manner...its not pretty ! Usually the Canadian stamps come through uncancelled or favor cancelled. They are big rubber cancellers that are attached to sorting bins at the post office. They've been in use since the 1980s. I have not seen these being used for a few years. I am glad they are back.
