Latin America/All : Guyana 1982 "dodgy" overprint

03:51:29pm		Don't know if anyone here knows anything about the Guyana overprints/surcharges from the 1980's? I have a Scott 461/SG 922 with the usual 220 on 1c Pitcher Plant, but, it also has 1982 overprinted in a font I have never seen on any Guyana 1982 stamps. I cannot find it in Scott, SG, Stampworld or Colnect. If anyone can help it would be very much appreciated.

That's my first thought, but there's so little detail known about these overprints that I hesitate to say it's a forgery
