Europe/Russia : Russia Sc#42 groundwork inverted?

Hello and Happy New Year,
I saw this stamp on a selling site.I think it is a variety-groundwork inverted:

This stamp is Mi#41x / Sc#42 (horizontal laid paper) or Mi#41y / Sc#60 (vertical laid paper)
In Scott only 60 have a inverted background.
In Michel the two stamps have inverted background.Who is right?
Seller write that is Sc#42.
