General Philatelic/Identify This? : south Asia revenue?

bhsxvet 15 Nov 2019 09:06:02pm	The last unidentified from this batch of unknowns. The text looks to me like India - Pakistan area but that's all I have come up with. Wondering if it is a revenue stamp from that area. I'm not even sure it is right side up. Any suggestions? All help is appreciated. Brian Login to Like this post
