I finally finished processing all of the suggestions from the prior thread and have new pages published. I ended up adopting an overwhelming majority of the suggestions, including moving Greenland to Europe, Cyprus to Europe, and even Falklands to Antarctica. Hopefully I found a reasonable balance in creating a more robust and inclusive collection of a "Stamp for every country".
If you notice any glaring errors or omissions, or if you suspect a stamp may be a fake, please let me know. I have 42 stamps missing that are high CV or commonly faked, or both. If anyone else is pursuing this collection we may be able to help each other out avoiding fakes. I intend to go slow and do lots of research before pursuing those last 42 stamps.
I will show the new page scans here with a few highlights, but if you are interested in the detailed commentary, it's all available at http://www.larsdog.com/stamps/smithsonian.htm
I look forward to your feedback!

The map of Asia is something I created by starting with an outline I found online, but I had to pretty much build it myself with an image editor (similar to Photoshop) to map the countries to the sections I wanted to use. The map of Indonesia is from the Australian Travel Advisory web site, but it zooms in on the area I wanted to highlight. I think the map of Indochina came from Wikimedia or Pinterest. Because of the varied sources, even though I make major changes in many cases, I don't offer print quality pages to anyone. These are only for my personal use. The album pages I can share, but not the maps.
