I do not know why I torture myself like this. Will stick with my W/F which are much easier.
Only believe it is Norway because of the flag. The translations are Swedish. Issued 3.1.2000. Has to do with Millennium. Believe they are stickers of some sort because of the internet address at bottom.
Thanks. I would never had found them. Never heard of the Aland Islands. Isn't stamp collecting great. Just improved my Geography knowledge. All the wording on the stamps make sense now.
The flag of the Åland islands is more like that of Iceland with the main difference being the yellow lines between the blue and the red cross, instead of white.

You are right. In my haste with bleary eyes, I did not pay attention to the fact that the four corners on the Norway flag are red and not blue as shown in the scan.
Another lesson, do not work on stamps with only 3 hours sleep.
