This article is from the Times Jan 30 1920. It sounds as tho at least a portion of the exhibit was meant to be a permanent part of the War Museum Library.

This was also the subject of an editorial comment which I can post if anyone is interested. I always find it curious that posts about actual philatelic subjects generate far less interest than a debate about items and pricing in the auction. Of the top 3 posts on the forum excluding the diner what have we ....model railroads, overcharging and only sells to US...
