According personal investigation and talking with people from Belgrade, I have (not official) information, that this stamp is clearly privat made, with no any connection to Serbian Dynasty or Royal family. One old collector, I can say, master in Serbian Philately, told me, that he saw even article in newspaper of this case, but I can not find any.
