The fairly crude scene (with a UFO-looking crown hovering above) looks Eastern European to me. The inscriptions appear Cyrillic, but I can't quite make it out.

Hi earwaves,

This stamp says "Kingdom of Bulgaria" at the bottom and the spelling of the word for "Bulgaria" is basically the same as on the later stamps.

The main difference to the eye is that the font of the second letter looks a bit different but it's the same character as in your double-B form.

There is also a small difference at the end where this stamp has two separate letters for "-ia" at the end of the word and the later stamps have a single "-ya" character.
