This has certainly got me stymied. The scan shows a KG VI 1 cent stamp from the 1942 issue, but as a 12 perf coil, which according to my Scott's and Unitrade were never made. Can anyone enlighten me where to find this item in a catalog. It is actually taller than a SCN 266 that I have, so I can't see how someone could have altered the top and bottom perfs.
Thank you for any information,
Mike

Hi Mike,
This is Stanley Gibbons Cat. #394. It is from a booklet pane of three. It was issued Jan.9,1943. Cat. value (2016) was 6.50 Pounds. 17.00 Pounds for the complete booklet pane of three. Cheers. (OLDPAUL).
AAHA, the old booklet pane trick. Since I don't collect them, I didn't even think about them.
Thanks to both of you for the quick response. BTW, Unitrade value is less than half of SG and Scott doesn't even list them. Just another issue for Michael to solve when he purchases Scott's.

I wonder about Stanley Gibbons. Booklet pane of 3 = 17.00 pounds catalog value. A single = 6.50 pounds. Get three singles and you have 19.50 pounds catalog value.
