Hi Dave , Where would you go to get this checked out ? Stampex is on soon .
Huge dilemma it all looks good under the mag glass but I’m not sure . Cat £15000 apparently if it’s not Confusedfake

As you're in London, I'd suggest the Royal Philatelic Society London (RPSL). It wil cost you 2.5% of catalogue value, but I think that's good value in this case

Sorry for late reply , thanks all for your interest
I took the stamp to stampex in the end and it was looked at by a few dealers . It is in fact a superb example and not a fake ! Very pleased . Won on eBay with other 2d blues that were quite in bad state. .
