Harvey I think, therefore I am - I think! 26 Jun 2019 11:30:34am | re: Finland stamps
I have only ever used Scott's for numbering and prices, even though I do have a Russian Specialized from Stanley Gibbons that I use for BoB. I find it a bit difficult when E-Bay sellers use a different numbering system, but that's my problem, not theirs. They have a right to use whatever numbering system they want, but Scott's is the most frequently used. I have a 2017 set of Scott's and will probably update in a few years. I buy used sets from my dealer when he up dates every few years, but even that is getting expensive. So I'll probably pass next time. I'm an "old fart" so I really prefer a paper catalog even though I do search stamps on line occasionally since it is so easy now - type in a few words on the stamp and Mr. Google does the rest.
