re: What colour is this 4d stamp??
Its not just the background, here is the original image with the blue cast removed.
But even with this image; different monitors and different eyeballs can lead to different color opinions. We are not offering opinions the colors of a stamp in hand, we are offering opinions on the colors of an image as it is displayed on our particular monitors.

Since the exif info in the image is available, reproducing a close approximation of the scan is possible but not the actual stamp.
The only problem is this stamp comes in lemon-yellow, pale orange-yellow, dull orange, orange yellow, yellow-orange, orange with corresponding CVs
However the date eliminates dull orange and orange-yellow
The DPI (actually PPI) is too low for a decent image
NOTE - my post is not intended to produce a technical discussion only that there are many color choices listed that are up to the original poster to decide which one fits. The corrected image has no value for comparison.

Close? How close does it have to be to determine the delta between lemon-yellow, pale orange-yellow, dull orange, orange yellow, yellow-orange, orange?
Not if the user has change the metadata (either intentionally or unintentionally). And metadata inclusion does not change the fact that the image ultimately has to be displayed on different systems, with none of them calibrated.
Technology is no help here and in fact adds in more variables to deal with... for a hobbyist to develop a good color eye requires a good reference collection in hand, defined ambient lighting, and experience.
And there is no color nomenclature standards in this hobby. What one publisher calls carmine another calls bright red.
