Oceania/Australia : KGVI 3&1/2D NOSE FLAW

I purchased this block of four and it is supposed to have a flaw on the nose of King George VI

I have not heard of it, but when my copy of the new KGVI arrives I can see if it is listed
Has anyone heard of it.

I did not pay too much for it, $2.00

Never seen this type of variety and it isn't listed in the 2019 issue of KGVI.

Re the block of four
I notice that there are quite a few bleeds in the ink or would they be classed as re-entries.
The are mostly on the second pair, top extreme right, and bottom extreme right.
