General Philatelic/Identify This? : Green 1 Mill stamps with Arabic inscriptions - what are these?

These four stamps have baffled me:

Image Not Found

It appears that they are postmarked, the currency unit suggests Egypt, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia or perhaps Libya, but I could not find them on Colnect. There are at least two color shades. There is no country name, so they could be something quite obscure.

Where are they from? What are they? When were they first issued? If applicable, a matching catalog number (from any major stamp catalog) would be helpful.

Thanks in advance!

Egyptian tax stamps - not listed in Scott.

General revenue, if I recall correctly;

used from '39 to '49.

Yours is the lowest face value of the set of 10.

Sorry I can't help with a catalog number.

Thanks a bunch - now I could even find them on Colnect:

(the color seems to be different, but that may be an artifact of the scan)
