The first clues for doubt came from the OP wherein it was said that the stamps were found in a box of "cheap material". The inverted stamp alone catalogs over $10,000, and the other a couple of hundred.
I'm no expert on these, and I could be wrong, but I wouldn't be comfortable calling these genuine.
