Of course, there's no way that someone could measure the overprint from an image on a monitor without any reference as to scale. However, you can compare the fonts of the overprint against the images in the catalog of all the font types to get an idea of the overprint type. One noticeable trait of the Type V font is the letter "C". With Type V, the "C" is almost totally enclosed. Also the letter "L" has a large tail. This is evident in your image. Looking at the other letters would lead me to believe that the seller is correct as to the stamp's identity.
