I am having a problem with a item the seller describes as a Nicaragua 1931 Triple Overprint 2c/10c in brown the Scott catalogue describes that this issue is overprinted in brown but I do not see where the triple overprint comes in, I tried asking the seller but he is not replying.
1924 - Scott 425 issued. No OP. Color is bistre brown.
1929 - Scott 499 issued. #499 is #425 with Correos 1928 (in two lines) overprinted in Violet.
1931 - Scott 536 issued. #536 is #499 with $ 0.02 (can't make the symbol - it's like what you have), a bar, and 1931 (in three lines) surcharged.
Here's where the fun begins. My note says the surcharge is in black AND red - not black OR red, meaning there should be two colors in the 1931 surcharge. It goes on to show four varieties - Red surcharge omitted, Red surcharge double, Red surcharge inverted, and Red surcharge double, one inverted.
Seems like there were only two issues with OP, but one of those had two colors. But I don't see any red on what you showed.
