Now I am not quite sure, the image does not have enough resolution to be able to tell. Without a higher resolution image or the stamp in hand I cannot tell. keep I mind that the stamps were sometimes separated with a ruler and torn (giving the edges a ragged look like yours).
Below an example image with a resolution which would support a good identification. You might be able to compare the side ornaments on your stamp with this image.
