The structure of the Scott listing for these issues has a certain logic but it can be very confusing when you first look at it and there have been a lot of discussions about this problem before, both here and on other boards. I have an envelope labeled G.O.K. ( think! ) that has several from these areas. I prefer to find them myself ( I'm weird like that ) but it is very difficult!
