Someone responded with this answer: "Yes, it`s an official (fee)stamp, issued 01.08.1946. Should have wmk (IX). 16 values (fillér and forint were introduced in 01.08.1946 instead of the fillér and pengõ). In Hungarian stamp catalogues minimal CV." Login to Like this post
