Had an interesting case of a buyer with total purchases (including postage) of about $3.60.
He was frustrated that the PayPal icon didn't show up for him to pay. I've never had this happen in 3 years, so didn't know the answer. Tried sending the invoice again, but no better resolution. Finally, he said he'd just pay in cash (but still sounded - perhaps rightfully so - frustrated).
Serendipitously, while I was updating some settings tonight I found (or, perhaps, rediscovered) that there is an option to set the dollar limit for buyers paying by PayPal - which I had originally set at $5.00 (figuring the cost of purchases + postage would always be greater than that, as they have been until now).
What I didn't count on was my offering stamps at just 1c each and someone buying a couple hundred and then asking for an invoice. So, I guess this is a lesson learned for sellers (at least this one)...if you are getting into the deep-discount business, lower your bar for PayPal payments!
I have done so just now, but a question for "Management"...if the PayPal icon doesn't show up on invoices, can the buyer not still just get the sellers PayPal info from their member info (where I have it listed) and send it through there directly?

Sure, but then the payment is not connected to the invoice on the Stamporama system.

Dave, and they do get around it. Once I got an email from a person who wanted to use paypal on a 26 cent purchase. Even though I have set my minimum at $5.00, i constantly get paid via PAYPAL by people sending money direct to an email address.
