This postmark is from Bethnal Green in London.

A number of London offices used postmarks with a killer where the post office or postal department was identified by initials rather than by a post office number.

This could be a single postmark as in this example or as part of a duplex.

Other examples include "CX" from Charing Cross and "LS" from Lombard Street.
