These are local stamps for the State of Guayana, and are listed at the end of the Venezuela listings. Unfortunately, most of the stamps of these types on the market are counterfeit, just like yours are.

The 5c stamp is supposed to be on gray paper, and the 50c stamp is supposed to be on blue paper.
