Thought this was a pretty cool find. This was one of the first items in pulled out of the collection/accumulation I've been working on for the past year. Venezuela, unissued stamp from 1937. I believe these were printed in panes of 10. You occasionally see singles on ebay but blocks and multiples don't show up too much from what I can see.

There is a reference under the released version in the Scott catalog...
My understanding was that it was withdrawn due to political reasons and these were supposed to be destroyed. As often happens, a large number of them 'somehow' managed to find their way into the philatelic marketplace and into dealers hands. The Michel catalog lists them in the 'unlisted' section.
