Most probably not. There are many different perforation, printing types and dimensions of outer frame lines and variations of this stamp type with some printed in the billions. Just showing a fuzzy scan and expecting to get an opinion is a long shot. It appears to be perf 11X10 or more likely 11X10 1/2. The first valuing at $140.00 and the latter at 25 cents.0
Scoot numbers respectively are 579 and 634. The odds are probably around a million to one that it is the better one. You need to of course check the perforations with a good perf gauge and then reference a catalog for variants etc.
Hi,ya on these 1922 series if you count 10 perfs on top(or bottom)or 11 then that's what the top(or bottom )perf is,cut it off and rotate it 90 degress and see if stuff lines up,if it does it's perf a 11 stamp,if it is like the above one it's 11 X 10 1/2,if it's really way off it's 11 X 10,I've probably check 1000's of 632's this way looking for that elusive 596 LOL.
