I created those pages a few years ago. Glad to see they prove to be useful. Right now I do not recall separate listings for the colonies. The Azores and Madeira are in these lists though, you only need to search for the places like Horta, Funchal etc. Perhaps the same goes for the overseas colonies, I have not checked that.
