I purchased recently a box of dealer material at auction. In the box was a small stock book with about 250 MNH Japan Specimen Mihon Stamps as I was told..........no experience with this material.I have found the regular issues in Scott and the material runs from about 1960 to 1990.Is there a catalogue that lists the values or is there a rule of thumb to establish the value of the specimen in relationship to the regular stamp.Any tips or information on the topic would be gratefully appreciated. the NISSEN or JSCA catalog details your needs ... many forms - hiragana/katakana
samples for post offices /collectors - never postally used ... very rare on cover
