It's not a revenue but an unissued postage stamp from a failed monarchist uprising in the north of Portugal in 1919.

I wouldn't expect this to be in Scott.

It's one of a set of seven in the same design.

I'm sure many collectors would be interested as not many seem to have survived but it's a pity there's no much damage.
