That's Loenen o/d (op de) Veluwe. There are at least two Loenens in the Netherlands. Loenen aan de Vecht (Utrecht province) and Loenen op de Veluwe, close to Apeldoorn (Gelderland province). I do not know what Glb. stands for. Might be an error and should be (Gld.)
Unfortunately only available in Dutch, but it here says that the cancel with (Glb.) was a mistake and was not changed until the cancel had worn out. This probably had to do with the second world war and the reconstruction afterwards. The next cancel used from 1950 has Gld.
Thank you, Jansimon for your quick reply. Phil asked me to answer this Dutch question. I had found the Loenen postmark but the Glb baffled me. I knew you would come to the rescue. We found the stamp in an old approval book and this particular stamp was priced much higher than the other same stamps. I googled Loenen en according to one website it does not exist any longer! Guess I have to go back 'home' to check on all those towns!

Loenen still exists, but it is no longer an independent municipality. It is now part of Apeldoorn, but that does not mean you can no longer visit Loenen :-)
