Auctions		I have had these for sometime and would like to know if they are considered Proofs. They are printed on regular weight paper.

Hi Doug,

If you are in or near Toronto, it maybe worthwhile to pay a visit to the Vincent Graves Greene offices, in particular, their philatelic library (Harry Sullivan Philatelic Library). I am sure this is a topic they have a publication for.

Just a thought.

Thanks smauggie for the information. I will be able to take the train from my place to Toronto then take the subway.
