Most certainly a modern print intended as a filler.
But can anyone tell me how much they may sell for, and what the real Mauritius #1 looks like? (or am I the lucky one??? Happy Rolling On The Floor Laughing)

The stamp above is the 1847 issue which read "POST OFFICE"
The facsimile first presented is the 1848 "POST PAID" easily discernible by the oblique background lines.
It has the general appearance of a Placido Torres creation similar to the ones he created for all the Euro & NA stamp catalogs.
It has no real value as it is rather crude.
