While chasing away the winter blues, (it is down to 57 degrees F. in South Texas) I found the following in a pile of stamps or hoard as Lemaven would say. Figure they are revenue or tax stamps of some sort, but can not find.
Also please see request for ID of 3 different stamps in thread for ID, because I have no idea what country they are from.
