For the Steiner pages, they are found in the Germany - Russian Occupation pages. They are on the Saxony pages, 1946 semi-postal Reconstruction set.
I looked in Gibbons too, but couldn't find them listed in the general world wide catalog. Gibbons notes that they are found in the Part 7 Germany Catalog. Scott and Michel do list them. The Scott number, if it helps, is #13NB2.
Hey Richmond. You're in luck! I'm tired of spending 20 hours lately to get my titles and catalog values correct and into my Approval Pages - to sell 27 stamps at 5c each. So...
I'm spending time today sorting and working on my Germany collection. I happen to have a few of these in front of me, so my album was nearby. They are on my Steiner Pages (love them!) as Roy predicted:
Russian Occupation of Saxony / Semi-Postal Stamps / Reconstruction 1946
If you can't find the page LMK and I will email it to you. In addition to this 12+8 there is a 6+4 and a 42+28. The set of 3 was issued Perforated and Imperforate.
For future reference, another great resource to search for stamps is the StampWorld on-line catalog. I often use this first for the search function then go to Scotts for the catalog # and CV.
Trust the omnipresent (and WAY more knowledgeable) Mikey####s to scoop me with the info you needed as I double-checked my spelling, grammar and punctuation (darned Adult ADD!)
I think I'll give up trying to be helpful and sell another $1.35 of stamps this weekend instead.
I don't have an SG catalog, but in Scotts it is listed as 13NB2. CV 25c Unused and $1.90 Used. The MNH Premium (for the set, so I assume could be extrapolated to an individual stamp "somewhat") is +33.3%.
Oddly enough, just two weeks ago my friend Judy described me as being "occasionally corrigible". In the absence of carrying my dictionary/thesaurus, I was't sure if I was being complimented or dissed...but I now think she was right.
Because although I would qualify this status further as "very very very occasionally" - and according to my recollection of Calculus, probably approaching "zero" - I believe "incorrigible" is acceptable.
Yes, they'll be there, but not under Saxony. They are under West Saxony, and part of the same set: 14N15 and 14N19 if they are watermarked. If unwatermarked, add an "a" to the end of the catalog number.

I general use colnect as it has good search functions that help you narrow down to the stamp you re looking for
Your stamp is listed in the Gibbons Part 7 (Germany) 9th edition (p.60) as RC30. It is a Russian Zone issue for the Saxony area (Higher Postal Directorate at Halle) of 1946.
