I went to book #9830 and tried to buy item #10 on page 9. It sent me back to Stamporama's home page. Made another attempt from another computer and same thing.
There is nothing wrong with your access to the sales platforms.
I tried to buy that stamp and got the same result. It is possible that the seller has inadvertently inactivated that stamp. I tried to buy item #6 on that page, and it sent me to the confirmation page. So that one worked fine.
I suggest you contact the seller and have him look at the status of the stamp you want to buy. Oh, Ian, if you're reading this, it's you!
Each item on the page has a unique, encrypted key that identifies the item. This unique identifier is used in the URL, attached to Button #10 in this case, which calls the program that processes the purchase of the item. In the case of #10 on page 9, the unique key that was generated has strange characters that can't be handled by the webserver, so the webserver automatically sends you to the Home Page of the website. I haven't seen this happen before and don't expect it to happen very often. I agree with David, contact the seller and ask him to sell the item to you.
