have looked and looked at catalog pics of differences between the two. maybe it's my eyesight. please help! Only need a #118 & #122 to complete the set.Confused

There are other differences that the ones I highlight, noteably the framing of the vignette, but these are the two easiest distinguishing characteristics of 118 and 119:
