canadapatry 30 Jul 2017 05:49:14am	I had asked one dealer the reason for the short perfs on the seahorse issue of the 1922 Ireland Overprints and this is the answer I received: "This set is a compound perf 11x12. I think some of the awkwardness you see is due to that. The top and bottom are perf 11 and don't tear as easily. The sides are perf 12 and tear much cleaner. Could this be the reason behind the many short perfs on these issues it seems like the issue no matter who is selling them have photos showing them with the short perfs. Login to Like this post
