re: Spanish Stamps

"Orfanato" in Spanish translates as "Orphanage", so these are probably originally Charity "stamps" of some sort. Waterlow were prolific printers of Spanish stamps ( and Cinderellas ) in the 20s and 30s, and given the presence of an airship on the stamps I would definitely judge this as pre WW2.

The Guinea overprint is similar to that o/p on the Barcelona Exhibition stamps of Spain and "may" (unlikely) be genuine, but the "Habitalado" , which I think is intended to validate these for postage is in my opinion likely to be 100% bogus, and produced during the Spanish Civil War - when all sorts of dubious items were produced - mainly to raise funds for one "cause" or the other. However they appear to be quite professionally done.

You really need to seek the advice of a real Spain specialist - possibly one of the specialist societies can help.

Interesting nevertheless.
