05:30:15pm | Today I came across the following cover:
I am familiar with the old US Highway Post Office, but I've never heard of the "New Mexico Highway Post Office Local Post System." The last year of operation of the US HPO was 1974, so I am assuming that this is some kind of philatelic fantasy cover. Googling didn't turn up anything. Does anyone know about this?
