Might be silly, but I have become tired of wasting time looking for the right size strip to cut with the guillotine. Any ideas? Some kind of file box but it would be a wide box. And some dividers. I am sure they make something but I can't find it.
re: How to store Showgard (or others) strips for easy access.
I use a Montecristo cigar box that I picked up while out of the country (you can't bring back Cuban cigars, but there are no rules against bringing back an empty cigar box)! and #10 envelopes with the mount size written in the upper corner. (I used embossed envelopes only because I had 3 cases of them from my father's estate and although I used most for postage, it just made sense to use a few for mounts):
Once the strips are in envelopes, I put the envelopes in sequential order by size. It also makes it easy to find the next size up or the next size down.
I can fit most strips into the envelopes up to 100 mm tall, but if they are wider than the envelope I just cut a slit in the side of the envelope. Anything bigger than that I just stand up sideways in the back of the box. It's worked perfectly for me for over 10 years.

I use Scott/Prinz mounts. I just store the strips and cut mounts in their original packaging and the whole business in a clear flat plastic box from Michael's. The box is probably meant for sewing stuff.
