Not sure if the image is readable, but from Postmarks on Postcards, by Richard W. Helbock. Maybe can help narrow down. Lot more information in book if needed.
Yours does not have the year date, but guessing somewhere between 1900 and 1920.
Sorry, I missed your date of 1883 so not sure chart is of any help.
