Thanks so much for sharing these. I started topical collections of the Lions Club International And Rotary International just a month ago.
I believe that the 1940 Cuba issue for the Lions Club convention held in Havana is the very first stamp issued by any country honoring the Lions Club International.
The first stamps issued commemorating Rotary International was a 1931 set of six Austrian stamps overprinted to publicize the 22nd annual convention held in Vienna.
There was also an unlisted souvenir sheet printed for the 2nd Philatelic Exhibition in Havana honoring the 1940 Rotary convention. It was issued without gum.
The Exposition also sold "souvenir" cards with a stamp affixed and a special cancel:
