The 3 attached stamps (2 postage plus label in between) all came from the souvenir sheet of 2 (2 stamps + 1 label). In the Scott catalog, Slovakia 636(13Apr2012) -- note the catalog number is for the entire souvenir sheet.
So in this case, it is not a gutter, but a center label.
"Normally", a gutter refers to an intentional gap between between stamps to facilitate the cutting of the press sheet into panes. However, numerous countries have provided special formats so that "gutter pairs/blocks" could be readily obtained by collectors.
