In Colombia in the 1920s private companies were allowed to provide express delivery services and issue their own stamps for use alongside government stamps.
There were a number of companies that did this including "Expreso Colombiano del Pacifico - Julio G. Ribon e Hijo" for whom these stamps were prepared.
The company provided services on the following routes:
1. Bogota - lbague - Buga - Cali
2. Bogota - Bucaramanga - Cucuta.
The company issued 16 stamps in different designs between 1923 and 1928.
However, these three stamps are from an unissued 1936 set of ten values which was printed in Berlin for the company but was not put into use.

re: Are these Columbians cinderellas ?
Without looking them up, and going just by their intended use and inscriptions on the stamps, I would say they would be properly called "Semi-official airmails", similar to the Canadian ones of the 1930s and some of the early German ones like the "Gelber Hund".
