Must be numeric. Can only be changed if there are no sold items on the Page.

This is the text blow the Cost per item line but I found that I can change a price even if an item on the page is sold? I was wondering if the change would affect sold but un-invoiced items?

Thanks
Bob

re: Changing a price in the approval books

As far as I know it does not. When an item is sold a record is created. This record cannot be changed so whatever you do with the price for a page it will not affect the sold items.

Sold items are always recorded at the price they were sold. You can change prices at any time. If you lower prices, the SALE icon will appear for 3 days.
Any change in price will impact the remaining items on the page, only.
