Still working on my last Andorra collection holes. Expensive stamps, and when you see them offered at low prices, all kind of alarm bells are set off. Especially when the stamps have overprints.
Here are 3 offered by the same dealer, on ebay. I am pretty sure that 2 of them have the o/p on top of the cancel. And the type of the o/p is a bit fuzzy and malformed, with the last letter missing the bottom bar, or barely registering it!
Does that make the third stamp (the 3F) doubtful as well..it does seem to have some of the same printing flaws, even if not on top of the cancel. An opinion please.
Would you report these to ebay?
