A while back, someone posted a website where you could upload an image and apply filters to it to see details that were hidden. Does anyone remember what it was called?

I used it in the past. It did work well. Today it did not. I noticed it belongs to the University of Utah. Probably an offspring of scanning very old birth certificates . I suppose it will be back in operation when the religious holidays are be finished!
