My SG catalogue of 1914 says it is perf 11 1/2, 12. There is obviously a typo, a comma instead of an x. They were even making mistakes in the "good old days".

The stamp is a Cohn forgery
The perfs are line instead of comb
You will also notice that the left & right perfs are badly out of alignment
The embossing lacks distinct features in the hair, ear & beard.
The upper right corner element is very different from the original
This particular forgery (there are at least 3 others) is only printed in the 5, 20 and 40c.
