Maybe a rookie question, but while going through some 1923 German stamps, StampWorld made reference to "Penetrated Perfs.". I hadn't heard this term before and it made quite a difference in CV's. Can someone enlighten me as to what this refers to? I checked a couple of glossaries and didn't find it.
Perhaps a rookie answer in that I don't know for sure but I think it may be that the site uses the term "Penetrated perf" in lieu of the term "Serrate Roulette" that Scott uses.
Thanks Tom, that sounds like a distinct possibility. Is that something different then a basic rouletted perf? I know SW does use the term "rouletted" in other areas of the catalog. It makes me think that "serrate roulette" is different somehow.
