Yes, these are Greece Scott #RA79 & #RA80 from 1946-1947.

I don't have a catalog # for you (someone else might), but it looks like a postal tax overprint on a "social welfare" (bottom inscription) tax stamp. If that's true it would probably be under revenues or in back of book.

(OH okay nigelc beat me to it with better info - good)
